She graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law. She started her career in 2005 as an intern at the Legal Expertise Department of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. In the period of 2005-2010, she held various positions, she was the senior specialist of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Georgia, the chief specialist of the Department of Licenses and Permits of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Georgia, Head of the Licenses Division of the Department of Licenses and Permits of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia, Head of the Licensing Department of Natural Resources of the Ministry of Economy of Georgia, Head of the LEPL Protected Areas Agency of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia, Head of the Expertise Division of the LEPL Revenue Service. From April 2010 to August 2021, she held the position of the Deputy Head of the LEPL Revenue Service. From August 18, 2021, she was appointed to the position of the head of the legal department of the LEPL Revenue Service.
