He is a graduate of Georgian Technical University - Faculty of Law. He began his career in 2004-2009, in the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, as an investigator. In 2010-2013, he worked as the Deputy Head of the First Division of the Investigation Service, Investigation Department, Tbilisi Main Division. In 2013-2014, he was the Head of the Adjara and Guria Division of the Investigation Department of the same Service. In 2014-2017, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Investigation Department of the Investigation Service, and in 06.2017-12.2017, he was the Deputy Head of the Tbilisi Main Division of the Investigation Department of the Investigation Service. In 2017-2018, he continued his work as an Advisor to the General Director of JSC "Liberty Bank". In addition, he was the Head of the Security, Problem Loans and Litigation Department of the aforementioned commercial bank. In subsequent years, he held the position of Deputy Head of the. On 19.04.2021, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Department for Relations with Regions of the Administration of the Government of Georgia, and from 05.04.2024 to 22.10.2024, he served as an advisor to the Head of the LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau. On 22.10.2024, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Tax Monitoring Department of LEPL Revenue Service. Since August 11, 2025, he has been heading the Legal Department of LEPL Revenue Service.
