Guarantee Conditions,  Order of the Minister of Finance N257; Annex 20, Article 6:                             

According to the aforementioned article, a guarantee may be:

•  Individual                                                                                                                        
•  Comprehensive                                                                                       

Furthermore, upon request, the holder of the transit procedure (including an Authorized Economic Operator or a participant in the "Golden List") is granted the right (authorization) to submit a comprehensive guarantee, provided that the conditions specified in Article 6 of the Instruction are met.
