She graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of the Tbilisi Humanitarian and Economic Institute and the Master’s degree in law from the Tbilisi Open University. Her career was initiated as a journalist at LLC Consulting and Publication Center in 1998. Since 2007, she has held various positions in the LEPL - Revenue Service, including Chief Specialist of the Human Resources Management Division of the Human Resources Department, Head of Human Resources Management Division, Head of Human Resources Management Department, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Revenue Service, Head of the Selection and Administration Division of the Human Resources Management and Development Department, Deputy Head of the Human Resources Management and Development Department, and since November 2019 she is the Head of the Personnel Management and Development Department of the LEPL - Revenue Service.

Functions of the Department of Human Resources Management and Development are:

a) development of a human resource management policy and ensuring its implementation;

b) analysing vacancies within the Service, preparation of job descriptions for employees and development of official descriptions;

d) development of a system for evaluating employees and coordination of the process;

e) development of a system of employee motivation and job satisfaction;

g) preparation of proposals for the formation of the staffing table;

h) recruitment and selection of employees;

i) planning and coordination of internship and internship;

j) development of systems for professional and personal development and training of employees;

k) organization of a competition for a vacancy;

l) HR recordkeeping, handling personal files of the employees of the Service;

m) checking the correspondence of an interested person within their competence;

n) within their competence, preparation of draft administrative legal acts;

o) exercising other powers provided for by an individual administrative-legal act of the Head of the Service;

p) performing specific tasks and instructions from the management of the Service.
