In 1994 - graduated from the Faculty of Engineering and Economics of the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. From 2001 to 2004 – studied at Shota Rustaveli State University, Faculty of Law. Started his career in 1994, as head of division at the administrational inspection of the Rustavi City Hall. Further, worked as a chief inspector at the Kvemo Kartli Office of the Chamber of Control of Georgia. In 2000 - was appointed as Deputy Director of the Department of Economics and Economic Reforms of the Rustavi City Hall. From 2001 to 2007 – continued his career at the Ministry of Finance where he worked at different positions, including as deputy head of the Rustavi Tax Inspection, as head of the Services Division and as head of the Data Processing Unit. From 2007 onwards – performed his job at the Payment Centre of CPG Ltd (as Head of the Centre). In 2008 – returned to the Ministry of Finance to assume the position as Deputy Head (subsequently, as Head) of the Rustavi Regional Centre (Tax Inspection); Later on, as deputy head and head of the Tbilisi regional centre and as head of the Audit Department of the Revenue Service LEPL. From 2011 to 2014 - headed Gudauri Development Fund LEPL and Technological Development Fund LEPL . From 2014 –Financial Director of the High Technology Medical Center, University Clinic. In 2018 – was appointed as advisor to the Minister of Finance of Georgia, and further, as senior advisor to the Head of the Revenue Service LEPL. From September 2018 to January 2021 – worked as Director of the Audit Department of the Revenue Service LEPL of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia. Since 22 January 2021 – Deputy Head of the Revenue Service LEPL of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.
