The module allows you to search for:

• VAT, Excise and Import duty rates, in accordance with Articles 166, 188, 188¹ and 197 of the Tax Code of Georgia
• Goods exempt from VAT, Excise and Import duty, in accordance with Articles 173, 194 and 199 of the Tax Code of Georgia
• Documents to be submitted to the customs authority when placing goods under the customs procedure/re-export, in accordance with Article 6, Appendix No. 8 of Order No. 257
• A list of countries, in which originating goods are exempted from the Import duties, in accordance with the Free trade Agreements (FTA).

Search Parameters:

When selecting "Search by code" or "Search by name" - the system performs a search in the list approved by the order No. 21

When selecting "search by description" - the system performs a search in the customs declarations, registered in the last 90 days (search terms must be written in the Georgian alphabet).

To search for a product using multiple words - use the percent symbol %, for example, if you are looking for cereal flakes, enter: cereal%flakes (search terms must be written in the Georgian alphabet)
